Jiffy’s leadership in Mortgage Broking Support is showcased by the glowing reviews her team receives from long term Clients and the praise from her team themselves. Jiffy joined Rocket Services as a Guru Broking Support Officer and moved through Training Support to eventually become a Leader in the business.

With a comfortable, relaxed and professional communication style complimenting deep industry and process knowledge, Jiffy works closely with our Clients to assess production and quality requirements, expand work scope opportunities and deliver ongoing training programs for existing and planned team members.

Jiffy’s two cats, Sushi and Coffee, hint at her favourite things and share her affection with her dog Tala (meaning ‘bright star’). Jiffy is always involved in planning company wide outings and recreation days as well as certificate ceremonies and staff reward programs.
