From his early twenties, Brendan has successfully managed international businesses in varying roles including as Country Manager, CEO and then Vice President of an international facilities management business with over $500 million annual turnover. After exiting the industry, Brendan established the Paraplanning industry in The Philippines.

Working with Australian Registered Training Organisations to deliver the Diploma of Financial Services and Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking to aspiring Filipino professionals, Brendan built the business into a respected and highly sought after Financial Services support business, working directly with Financial Planners, Mortgage Brokers and their licensing bodies to understand and deliver services that are relevant, productive and cost effective.

Having lived in The Philippines for the first three years of establishing the business, and maintaining a regular travel schedule to the operations centres, Brendan knows what it takes to navigate the cultural, social and commercial differences between the Australian and Filipino approach to getting things done.
