An great example of our approach to promote from within where we can, Jason rose through the ranks of Paraplanning – as a graduate of the Rocket Services Academy, Jason worked across a variety of Licensees, software platforms and professional standards, developing a well rounded understanding of the industry, Client requirements and capacity and volume management.

Jason excels in the betterment of employee culture throughout the business and often has a hand in planning staff social events and individual development plans.

Outside of work, Jason can be found playing tennis or performing Yoga, possibly with his dog named Yogi.
